Sealed Pre-Qualification Bid is invited from eligible and resourceful manufacturers of Colour Shift Intaglio Security Ink for manufacturing and supply of Colour Shift Intaglio Security Ink (Deep Green to Blue) for printing of Indian Banknotes. Outcome of this PQB and subsequent tenders will be a rate contract where in the successful bidder/s will be required to supply “Colour Shift Intaglio Security Ink (Deep Green to Blue) to BRBNMPL/SPMCIL presses at the price, terms and conditions as agreed through the contracts to be signed after completion of tendering process..
